DUB is SRAM's crank-spindle system (since 2018), 28.99 mm in diameter (not 29 or 30, even though SRAM calls it "29"). It replaced GXP and SRAM's BB30. The point: with the right DUB bottom bracket it fits almost any shell: BSA, PF30, BB30, T47, BB86 and BB92. Like Hollowtech II, it describes the crank, not the shell.
DUB is SRAM's move to end the chaos: a single spindle diameter that, with the right bottom bracket, works in almost every frame on the market.
DUB (Durable Unifying Bottom bracket) is SRAM's crank spindle. It measures exactly 28.99 mm: a middle ground that fits comfortably in 41 mm shells (with a good bearing) and in the large ones too. Since 2018 it replaced both GXP and SRAM's own BB30, simplifying the catalog.
With the right DUB bottom bracket, it fits BSA, PF30, BB30, T47, BB86 and BB92. What changes between disciplines isn't the diameter (always 28.99) but the spindle length and spacers: DUB Road, Road Wide, MTB and SuperBoost are not interchangeable without following SRAM's chart.

Exactly 28.99 mm. SRAM sells it as "29", but the real measurement is 28.99 mm.
No. Both are SRAM, but the interface differs; DUB replaced GXP in 2018.
The diameter does (28.99), but the spindle length changes by discipline (Road, MTB, SuperBoost). Follow SRAM's compatibility chart.
